Can I return my order?

The artisans of Anaar carefully construct each piece of footwear, and we use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect fit. However, if you still want to swap your pair for another size, you may return it to us at

within 14 days of order delivery in its original box packing and invoice. Please mention your desired exchange size on the invoice. If your desired size is unavailable, you could exchange your pair for another style of a similar value.

Items can also be returned if you don’t need an exchange. You will receive a full refund if all conditions are met. Money will be refunded to your card/net banking account, whichever was used to place the order with Anaar. Our customer care team will contact you for COD orders to get your account details and then process the refund.

To be eligible for returns, the footwear must be unworn and unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. We recommend trying on the footwear in clean, carpeted areas to avoid damage.

Pairs Bought On SALE Price Will Not Be Returned or Refunded.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.
